The main reason for “Vomiting-Nausea-उल्टी-Indigestion”, is the formation of AMA (Layer/s of Undigested Food Particles) in the Body-Abdominal Region. More specifically reasons couls include ‘Water with Food’, ‘Medical Conditions such as Diabetes’, Modern Medicines’, Excess Smoking-Alcoholism’, ‘Sedentary Lifestyle’, and so on…Now, if we may induce Motion-Stool in a Person, Nausea feeling would be eliminated.

Effective natural-Organic Remedies to Indigestion-Nausea-Bloating-Flatulance-Constipation:

Remedies to Indigestion-Nausea:

  • Have seasonal fruits in morning breakfast (Though Banana is very good, avoid for few days, being a bit heavy) (Liberally Add/Sprinkle Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Small-Big Cardamom, Rock salt),
  • Add 4-5-6 cloves to a glass of water, boil till water remains half, drink like tea,
  • Take half a glass of Pure Desi Cow Milk (The A-2 Type), to this add ½ a glass of water, boil the mixture, cool it to little above room temperature, add 2-3 teaspoon of Honey, and drink it,
  • ½ a tea spoon of Lemon Juice + Rock Salt + Black Pepper: Have this 2-3 times a day,
  • Have a teaspoon of Trifaladi Ghrit with the first bite of your Lunch and Dinner,
  • Before sleeping, put few drops of Pure Desi Cow Ghee onto your Naval and gently massage the area,
  • Daily afternoon, have a glass of Butter-Milk, with Black Pepper and Rock salt Added; and/or Jwara Flour Chapatti and Butter-Milk,
  • Chronic Indigestion: A glass of Carrot Juice is taken with a pinch of Ginger Powder (+Sendha Salt + Black pepper).

Remedies to Bloating-Flatulence-Gastric Troubles:

  • A Tsp carom seeds + Pinch of Dried Ginger (or Saunth) + Pinch of Black Salt with warm water,
  • Daily Afternoon Butter-Milk + 3/4th Tsp Black Cumin Seeds Powder + 3/4th Tsp Black Seeds (or Kalaunji) (Applicable for all Conditions mentioned in This Post),
  • Add a Tsp of Lemon Juice and Pinch (or Two) of Rock Salt to a glass of Warm-Hot water and drink,
  • Add 1/3rd-1/4th teaspoon Long Pepper Powder (Pippali Churna) and 1/3rd-1/4th teaspoon Dry Ginger (Saunth) to a glass of Hot Water, and have it once or twice a day. Please remember Potency of this medicine is Hot,
  • Have a Teaspoon of Trifaladi Ghrit with The First Bite of Lunch and Dinner,
  • Daily after your Early Dinner, have a glass of Boiled Milk (with Dry Ginger-Saunth added), Remove it off the fire and add 1–1.5 Tsp Pure Desi Cow Ghee and Drink.

Remedies to Constipation:

  • Have a Teaspoon of Trifaladi Ghrit with The First Bite of Lunch and Dinner,
  • A teaspoon of Castor Oil added to a glass of Boiled Desi Cow Milk or a glass of Hot water, before going to sleep,
  • Once a day, Decoction (Kwath) of Dry Ginger and Dried Coriander Leaves,
  • Your Lunch Time
  • Lots of Carrots (Gajar), apply Honey if you wish to,
  • Go Liberal on Onions & Lemons,
  • Once or twice a day, a teaspoon of Carom Seeds (Ajwain) added to a glass of Hot Water, Black salt added to taste,
  • Add a Teaspoon of Trifala Powder (Churna) and 1 Teaspoon of Pure Desi Cow Ghee to a Glass of Boiled Desi Cow Milk, after your early dinner,
  • Keep water overnight in Copper (Taamba) Utensils and drink it next morning, empty stomach, rinsing your mouth and taking in your early morning saliva.

For Both the cases (Flatulence and Constipation) ½-1 Tsp Avipattikar Churna twice a day (Morning & Evening) with warm water.

Other Ayurvedic-Unconventional-Natural Remedies could be (No Yuck Factor!):

  1. Colloidal Silver, Copper & Gold,
  2. 3-5% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide,
  3. Food Grade Baking Soda,
  4. Honey with Various Herbs,
  5. Organic Wheat Grain Sprouts,
  6. DMSO-DMSO-Nano-Silver,
  7. Melted A2 Ghee added to Nostrils and/or A2 Ghee added to Cooked Pulses/Vegetables and/or A2 Ghee added to A2 Milk Boiled with Pinches of Turmeric…and so on…

Favourable: Grapes, Pomegranate, Sweet Lime (Morning Fruits), Mustard Seeds, Carom Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Plenty Fibrous Foods, Asafoetida (Heeng) in Food Preparations, Indian Gooseberry (आंवला), Raisins (मुनक्का), Wheat Grass Juice, Fenugreek Seeds, Desi Cow Ghee.

Unfavourable: Sour (Curd), Rice (Else, Take Out – Remove Starch), Oily-Fried Stuff, Dry-Heavy-Stale-Refrigerated foods, Creamy Stuff, Cauliflower, Stress-Worry, Staying up Late Night.

Breathing Exercises-Postures & More: At least 30 minutes of Anulom Velom and 15 minutes of Kapal Bhati in the Morning and Evening. 5-10 minutes of Naukasana, Vamanam (Kunjal Kriya-Induced Vomiting), Ujjayi Pranayama, Jal Neti & Singhasana are also very useful in these Medical Conditions. Please do not overstrain your body muscles.                                                                             If possible, twice a week, carry out Rectal Enema (Tube Inserted approximately 1.5 inches) with Triphala Water (Decoction made with Triphala Powder-Churna). Water to be held inside as long as possible, at least for 15-20 minutes.

Say Yuck! If you have to, but very effective:

Take 30-45 mL of Gaudhan Ark (Purified-Distilled Pure Desi Cow’s Urine – The A-2 Type), added to appropriate amount of water to  make it comfortable to drink, and drink it prior going to sleep and in the morning, empty stomach.
