Prostate is a small gland in men, a part of reproductive system. It is situated below the bladder, just before start of Urethra and in front of Rectum. It surrounds the tube (vas Deferens) that carries Urine from Urinary Bladder to The Urethra. Vas (Ductus) Deferens carry Sperms from Testicles to Seminal Vesicles, which then moves onto Urethra through Prostates. Prostate Glands nourishes Sperms & Squeezes Semen into Urethra.

Natural-Home Remedies to Enlarged Prostate (& Related Ailments):

  1. Morning Empty Stomach: Take a piece of Indian Gooseberry (Amla), Remove Seed & Crush it along with a Pinch of Turmeric, ½ Tsp of Black Seeds (Kalaunji), 2-3 Tsp of Honey. Have it regularly for few weeks,
  2. Punarnavadi Ark 5-10 mL added to appropriate amount of water twice a day,
  3. Take ‘Holy Basil Leaves (Tulsi)’, ‘Fennel Seeds (Saumf)’, ‘Coriander Leaves’ & ‘White Pumpkin Seeds’ in Equal Quantities, Add to 300 mL of Water, Heat-Boil on slow fire till water remains around 200 ml. this may be divided to two equal halves and 100 mL taken twice a Day. Please make fresh daily,
  4. Daily with, before or after your lunch, a glass of Butter-Milk (Preferable A2) with a Tsp of Black Cumin Seeds (Kaali Jeere) & Black Seeds (Kalaunji),
  5. 1-2 Shilajit Capsule Twice a Day,
  6. ½-1 teaspoon of Gokshuradi Churna with Pure Desi Cow (A2) Milk (or with 1/2 a glass of Hot Water + ½ Tsp A2 Ghee) Twice a day,
  7. Abhyanga (Full Body Massage) with Black Sesame Seeds Oil, followed by as much sweating as Possible.

Unconventional Remedies to Enlarged Prostate (& All Related Ailments):

  1. 2-3 Tsp (5-15 mL) Colloidal Silver (HVAC) + 2-3 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice Thrice a Day,
  2. 2-3 Tsp (5-15 mL) Colloidal Copper (HVAC) + 2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Thrice a day (Not More than 7 Days at a Stretch, after which Twice a day),
  3. Baking Soda (strong alkalising agent): 2-3 Pinch added to ½ a glass of hot-warm water + 2-3 Tsp Fresh Lemon (Only During Day Time) taken Twice-Thrice a day (Drastically Reduce intake of Salty-Sour Stuff except Lemon),     
  4. A2-Desi-Vedic Cow Ghee:
  • Liberally use A2-Desi in Your Meals & Prepare food only using Black Sesame Oil (or Mustard Oil),
  • ½ Tsp A2-Desi Cow Ghee along with 1-3 Pinches of Coarse Black Pepper added to a hot glass of water once-twice a day,
  • 1-2 hours after Dinner (Before Sleep) Boil a Glass of Milk with 1-2 Pinch of Turmeric & finely cut 4 Dates (Chuare or Pind Khajoor in Hindi) => Take it off Heat => Add 1-2 Tsp A2-Vedic-Desi Cow Ghee => Drink as the temperature becomes drinkable!
  • Gently Massage the Naval Area with 4-7 Drops of Desi Cow-A2 Ghee before going to Sleep,
  1. 1-3 Drops of Pure Food Grade H2O2 (4 % Conc.) dropped onto ‘Morning Fruits’, and/or ‘Afternoon Butter-Milk’,
  2. 3-4 Tsp 100% Pure Organic (only) Wheat Grain Sprouts Twice a Day (1-2 Hours after Breakfast & Few Hours after Lunch) (Max. 6-8 Tsp/Day) (Do add Cucumber Liberally to cater to Hot Potency of Wheat Grain Sprouts),
  3. Pure Organic-0% Sugar added Honey (2 Tsp) + Finely Cut 1-2 cloves of fresh Garlic + 1 Tsp Black Seeds (Kalaunji) + 2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice Twice-Thrice a Day (One May also Apply it Externally on Affected Areas).

Favourable: Grapes, Watermelon Seeds, ACV, Flaxseeds, Indian Gooseberry (Awla), Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds, Butter-Milk, Milk.

Favourable Spices-Herbs: Turmeric, Triphala (+ Honey with Warm Water), Long Pepper, Garlic (+ Honey), Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves-Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds (Specifically Black), Liquorice, Holy Basil.

All this accompanied by at least 30-60 minutes of ‘Anulom Velom’, and 5-10 minutes of ‘Kapal Bhati’ in the Morning and Evening.
