During Hemant (and Shishir) (Winters), a person may do it even more than optimum!; With proper use of Aphrodisiacs, once in 3 days, in Vasanta (Spring) & Sharad (Autumn); and, once in a fortnight, in Varsha (Rainy) and Grishma (Summers).
