Understand Meditation

Before proceeding on to Meditational Techniques, Let us First Understand Meditation. As Per Me, It is Just the Process of Trying to Connect With Divine.

Now, what valid-logical proof do we have of His existence in our Divine Body? I would say, it is the Movement of Prana, The Life Force Breath that we take, and The Vibrations of out Spiritual Heart, which may be physically taken as The Pumping of our Heart. When we Die, The Pranic Life Force Leaves, or rather, something leaves the body, such that it becomes, Senseless and Motionless.

Now, The Movement of Life Force Breath or Vibrations/Pumping of Heart is Completely Involuntary Movement, and We are Nothing Without These Movements (We Are Dead!), and Hence These Two Movements May Be Taken as Examples of ‘The Divine Force’.

Now, In Meditation, we simply try to connect with this ‘Divine Force’, which keeps us ‘Up and About’. In the next few posts, we would learn Few Easy and Effective Meditational Techniques. The Techniques mentioned are equally valid for Beginners as well as Advanced Meditation Practitioners. 

The Meditation Transforms Our Mind and Makes it Calm and Peaceful.
