Home-Natural Remedies to Excess Urination (बहुमूत्र):

  1. Daily morning have a teaspoon of Ginger Juice mixed with Organic Honey,
  2. Have Punarnavadi Ark (Around 5-10 mL twice a day, depending on severity, added to appropriate amount of water,
  3. Indian Gooseberry Powder (Awla Churna/Awla Juice-Ras) (1 Tsp) with Gur (jaggery) (or Honey) (2-3 Tsp) with/without Lukewarm-Hot Water, Once-Twice a day,
  4. Take Pistachio + Raisins (Munakka) + Black Pepper in equal quantities (3 pieces each), and chew them all. Do this twice a day,
  5. Take 20 grams Black Sesame Seeds + 10 grams of Carom Seeds, and make a coarse powder out of them. Now, add this mixture to the double the amount of Gur (Jaggery). Have a teaspoon of this in the morning and evening (Don’t swallow, but chew the mixture). If you have to, take Hot water,
  6. Take Bibhitaki (Baheda–An Ingredient of Triphala) and Black Plum Seeds (Jamun, Jambulin Gutliyaan), in equal quantities, and powder them to form a mixture. Have a teaspoon of this daily with plain water,
  7. 2-3 Tsp of Pumpkin seeds and/or Pomegranate Skin Paste Twice daily,
  8. Take Liquorice Bark (Mulethi), Black Pepper (Solid Pieces) and Rock Candy, in equal quantities, and make a fine mixture out of them. Liberally use Pure Desi-A2 Cow Ghee to make a paste of this mixture. Have a teaspoon of this in the morning & evening,
  9. Avoid sitting under fan.

Unconventional Remedies to Excess Urination (बहुमूत्र):

  1. 2-3 Tsp (5-10 mL) Colloidal Silver (HVAC) + 2-3 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice Twice a Day,
  2. 2-3 Tsp (5-10 mL) Colloidal Copper (HVAC) + 2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Thrice a day (Not More than 7 Days at a Stretch, after which Twice a day),
  3. Baking Soda(strong alkalising agent): 2-3 Pinch added to ½ a glass of hot-warm water + 2-3 Tsp Fresh Lemon (Only During Day Time) taken Twice a day (Drastically Reduce intake of Salty-Sour Stuff except Lemon). The Mixture-Paste (Baking Soda + Lemon Juice) to be applied on affected areas 2-3 Times a day,
  4. Apply Diluted Paste of Baking Soda + 3-5 % H2O2 (Food Grade) on affected areas few times a day,
  5. A2-Desi-Vedic Cow Ghee:
  • Liberally use in Your Meals & Prepare food only using Black Sesame Oil (or Mustard Oil),
  • ½ Tsp A2-Desi Cow Ghee along with 1-3 Pinches of Coarse Black Pepper added to a hot glass of water once-twice a day,
  • 1-2 hours after Dinner (Before Sleep) Boil a Glass of Milk with 1-2 Pinch of Turmeric & 4 Dates (Chuare in Hindi) => Take it off Heat => Add 1-2 Tsp A2-Vedic-Desi Cow Ghee => Drink as the temperature becomes drinkable!
  • Gently Massage the Naval Area with 4-7 Drops of Desi Cow-A2 Ghee before going to Sleep,
  1. 1-3 Drops of Pure Food Grade H2O2 (4 % Conc.) dropped onto ‘Morning Fruits’, and/or ‘Afternoon Butter-Milk’,
  2. 3-4 Tsp 100% Pure Organic (only) Wheat Grain Sprouts Twice a Day (1-2 Hours after Breakfast & Few Hours after Lunch) (Max. 6-8 Tsp/Day) (Do add Cucumber Liberally to cater to Hot Potency of Wheat Grain Sprouts),
  3. Pure Organic-0% Sugar added Honey (2 Tsp) + Finely Cut 1-2 cloves of fresh Garlic + 2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice Twice-Thrice a Day (One May also Apply it Externally on Affected Areas).

Favourable: Filtered-Unprocessed Oil (Mustard or Black Sesame), Sweating, Celibacy.

Un-favourable: Eating late night, Vata Producing Stuff (Like Potato, Rice, Onion, Fine Wheat Flour, Stale-Refrigerated tuff, Refined Oils, Sour (Especially after Sunset), Excess Sweet, Taking food with more water content in the evening (…is unfavourable), Avoid sitting directly under fan.

All this accompanied by at least 30-45 minutes of Anulom Velom, and 15 minutes of Kapal Bhati in the Morning and Evening. Please do not overstrain your body muscles. Also, Ujjayi Pranayama, Jal Neti, Kunjal Kriya (Induced Vomiting) and Singhasana are very beneficial.
